Kate Cavanaugh
Kate is a Wayseer, New Thought leader, speaker, certified entrepreneurial/evolution coach and guide. She is devoted to the pathway of consciousness and the resilience of the expansive energy of transformation. After a 16-year career in sales and marketing in the fashion and jewelry industries, Kate came to Central Oregon. For the past 32 years she has been in deep devotion to herspiritual journey of conscious evolution. She hosts transformational retreats and leads women’s drum circles. Kate is an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church.

Michelle Ericksen, PhD
Michelle is a Wayseer, teacher/researcher, medicine woman, plant medicine guide, and certified change coach. Michelle’s 30-plus year career in education and transformational change is guided by the belief that we are all here to not just grow, but to thrive – as the Self, in community, aligned with the values of love, kindness and reciprocity. Michelle holds traditional, lineage wisdom teachings, and guides consciousness and plant medicine retreats. She is an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church.
